Does a laser treatment treat ambylopia and a laser treatment avoid other treatments when in future I might get another eye related illness?

The purpose of the laser treatment is to (re)gain visibility, that normally you achieve with wearing lenses or glasses, without these tools. A laser treatment does not treat a "lazy eye" and it does not interfere with other eye treatments in the future for other eye related illnesses (like cataract).
